Sachi has been teaching yoga since she got certified as a Bikram yoga teacher in 2006. She has seen many lives transformed through yoga practice. It has been a very rewarding experience for her to become a witness to her students’ transformations and to be a part of their yoga journey. Especially, when she captures the moment when their eyes get brighter as they make happen what they once thought was impossible; her mind is then full of joy and excitement.
She has kept studying yoga and yoga therapy directly under her teachers especially from the Bikram Yoga principal teacher, Emmy S. Cleaves, the director of LMU Yoga Therapy Rx program, Larry Payne, Ph.D and the founder of Lavanya Wellness, Rajashree Choudhury, C-IAYT. She recently involved in some Larry's projects such as the Spondylitis Association of America’s 35-year anniversary project, “Back in Action, Again” and his newly published book, “Yoga After 50 For Dummies” as a model of the yoga postures. She is currently working towards a master's degree in Yoga Studies at LMU.
